Fit the residual fringe signal.
Takes an input 1D array of residual fringes and fits using the supplied mode in the BayesicFitting package.
- Parameters:
- res_fringesndarray
The 1D array with residual fringes.
- weightsndarray
The 1D array of weights.
- wavenumndarray
The 1D array of wavenum.
- ffreqfloat
The central scan frequency.
- dffreqfloat
The one-sided interval of scan frequencies.
- max_nfringesint
The maximum number of fringes to check.
- pgram_resfloat
Resolution of the periodogram scan in cm-1.
- col_snr2ndarray
Location of pixels with sufficient SNR to fit.
- Returns:
- res_fringe_fitndarray
The residual fringe fit data.
